For example, we know that sugar is very unhealthy because it causes weight gain. Fruits and veggies, however, are good for us since they have essential vitamins and mineral that our bodies require.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise can help our bodies become stronger and give them more energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are many exercises you can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed.
